Olga Clausen is truly the best of the best! After losing everything in the devastating Palisades Fire, we had no idea where to begin. From the moment I met Olga, I knew we were in exceptional hands. She was fearless, determined, and ready to fight for us.

Dealing with the California FAIR Plan was incredibly frustrating. Our calls went unanswered, adjusters kept changing, and our claim was going nowhere. Olga stepped in, followed up relentlessly, and made sure things finally started moving. She and her amazing team left no stone unturned, thoroughly reviewed every part of our policy, and fought to get us every dollar we were entitled to.

Beyond her incredible professionalism, Olga is genuinely thoughtful and kind. She even personally stopped by my office with homemade baked treats! That small gesture says so much about the type of person she is. A truly classy lady with exceptional knowledge and integrity.

Working with Olga Clausen at SunPoint Public Adjusters was such a relief for us and an incredibly pleasant experience in the end. We were going nowhere with the insurance claim adjuster with our property damage claim. We found SunPoint via a Google review, and when Olga was assigned, everything started moving. She got the proper attention put on the claim and worked directly with our insurance to ensure we got a fair settlement. She explained everything and put up with our moments of panic, frustration, and dread at any time of day. In the end, we were made whole with her perseverance and great attitude overall!! Dudley Gauette was absolutely indispensable in working with my elderly dad with cognitive decline after losing his home to a fire.  He was patient and thorough and available.  The entire team at SunPoint, Cy Minert and Megan Neal, provided an amazing amount of work and attention to a home with 40 years of contents and memories with professionalism and compassion.  They were able to secure a bigger payout from the insurance company then we could ever have received on our own. On December 16, 2024 my family and I experienced a fire that destroyed our entire home. We were completely devastated and had no idea what to do or where to start. We made the absolute best decision in having Sunpoint represent us. They immediately got to work, helped us find a place to live, conducted their own inventories, and handled everything directly with the insurance and restoration company, while keeping us updated. Insurance tries to underpay and restoration companies are just trying to capitalize off your claim and I can't express enough how blessed we have been to have JOHN HARTSHORN on our side! He is the only one that is there for YOU! He increased our final rebuild settlement over 600k from the original offer and increased our personal property amount.
