I would give Jay Bae 6 out of 5 start if there is one. I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Jay from SunPoint, and I am compelled to share my positive experience. Jay provided invaluable information and advice on how to negotiate with my tough insurance adjuster. I had a fire in my small business and within 2 days they had people at my property which is about 6 hrs away from there office. sunpoint did and amazing job dealing with the carrier and got me the maximum out of my policy. the carrier I had kept trying to jerk me around and they had to keep switching there representI've so it was very frustrating. the people at Sunpoint stayed on top of them and got me paid quickly so I could start rebuilding and keep my store in business. they also had good advise for renovating my warehouse to use as a store and the carrier paid for the whole thing.
