I had a fire in my small business and within 2 days they had people at my property which is about 6 hrs away from there office. sunpoint did and amazing job dealing with the carrier and got me the maximum out of my policy. the carrier I had kept trying to jerk me around and they had to keep switching there representI've so it was very frustrating. the people at Sunpoint stayed on top of them and got me paid quickly so I could start rebuilding and keep my store in business. they also had good advise for renovating my warehouse to use as a store and the carrier paid for the whole thing. We lost our home, contents, workshop, trees and landscaping to a recent California Wildfire.  It's been a tough couple of years but I'm happy to report that we have rebuilt and are back in our new furnished home!  We couldn't have done it without the SunPoint Public Adjuster team led by Jim Bledsoe and Megan Neal.  These folks have institutional knowledge and passion that level the playing field, that force the insurance company to respond and address the full scope and cost of covered damages. We experienced a major garage fire at our home in El Granada California.  The garage was destroyed, but there was smoke and water damage throughout the house. We were shocked to learn that our insurance company was not forthcoming with help.  They were barely returning our calls. We had never heard of a public adjuster, but were advised by a neighbor to get in touch with one. My insurance company was negotiating with me about the total loss value of my car, and were offering a low value.
