Crystal has a strong and diverse career, including 18 years as a paralegal, with 16 of those years spent handling high-exposure claims entailing litigated claims and/or mediated litigation cases, consistent with property losses and liability losses. Crystal has also worked with various Defense Counsels throughout the United States, as the liaison between Insurance carriers and their offices, as well as assisting and resolving mediations on behalf of Insurance Companies and the Insureds. Crystal specializes in the resolution of loss activity, property claims, commercial claims, liability claims, and resolution in losses involving Transportation Claims. She has superior knowledge in handling complex, high-exposure, catastrophic property and liability claims.
