Along with 27 years of experience in real estate and insurance disputes in 1st and 3rd party claims. Dudley worked for insurance companies early in his legal career and then saw a better more fulfilling purpose in working directly for the home and business owners. His expertise enables him to analyze in detail the insurance policy to confirm all available coverages for the loss as well as what the particular law of the state requires the insurer to perform. He works in tandem with building consultants to accurately confirm the amounts of labor and materials necessary to restore building to pre-loss condition, including Code upgrades required by various building departments. This has given him a deep understanding of construction techniques and fire restoration requirements that insurance adjusters either do not have or refuse to disclose.
